Consulting Services

We approach strategy from the whole organization outward, not the org chart down. Real capacity isn't built by fixing one department or handing leadership a plan to execute — it's built by aligning vision, people, and systems so the entire organization can carry the mission without me in the room. We work alongside teams at every level, from frontline staff to board of directors to internal teams, because sustainable change depends on everyone owning it. That includes integrating AI and embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging not as add-ons, but as part of how an organization actually operates and grows.

We lead from the belief that philanthropy is most powerful when donors and beneficiaries work together to solve problems. We advise funders, celebrity foundations, and organizational partners on giving that goes beyond the check — building durable relationships between schools, workforce systems, and the people driving them, locally and nationally. Mika’s work in social-emotional learning (SEL) and adverse childhood experiences reflects how we think overall: that lasting impact starts with understanding people first, then designing the strategy around them.

We believe a mission is only as strong as the storytelling that shares the impact. I help organizations move past jargon and metrics-for-metrics'-sake to communicate impact in a way that actually moves people — funders, partners, and the communities they serve. From campaign strategy to end-to-end event design and production to annual reports and case studies, I lead with the same instinct: find the truth of the work, then tell it clearly and honestly enough that it earns attention and drives action.
